✅ Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • Products must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of washing or wear
  • We do not accept returns due to personal preferences, such as color variation or change of mind

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Customized, made-to-order, or limited-edition products
  • Gift cards or non-physical items

📦 Return Process

We will review your request and reply within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method. We are not liable for lost return shipments.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Many of our products are crafted in small batches. Slight variations in texture, color, or size are natural characteristics of handmade items and are not considered defects.
