We currently ship from our studio in China to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Our products are carefully packed and shipped via trusted international logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada, UK, Australia: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over $300 USD
  • For orders under $300, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

Duties & Taxes

We do not collect import taxes or customs duties at checkout. You may be responsible for duties, VAT, or handling fees depending on your country’s import regulations.

  • United States: Orders under $800 USD typically qualify for duty-free entry under Section 321.
  • Canada: Orders may be subject to GST/HST, customs duties, and courier handling fees.
  • United Kingdom: Orders over £135 may incur VAT and import duties, collected by your local delivery provider before delivery.
